Panna Cotta. Over low heat stir the gelatin mixture until it totally dissolves. This is best classic panna cotta recipe I know!
Stir the cream and sugar occasionally until it just begins to simmer. Wipe a dessert plate with a damp paper towel (a damp plate lets you reposition the panna cotta more easily if it doesn't fall in the right spot). Træk husblassen op af vandet og kom den i den varme flødeblanding.
Kom fløde, sukker, vaniljekorn og -stang i en lille tykbundet gryde og bring det i kog under omrøring.
