Mousse Chocolat. Fold in the melted chocolate until completely incorporated, then fold in whipped cream until evenly blended. A word of warning - once you've tasted this simple chocolate mousse, you will never eat regular chocolate mousse again.
Pour melted chocolate into whipped cream; fold chocolate into cream (do not overmix; mixture can have a few streaks). Remove from heat; whisk in melted chocolate and vanilla. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
